Refund policy

At Funte.co, we provide professional interior design services delivered digitally. Because our work is custom, personalised, and created specifically for each client, all design services are final sale.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


1. No Returns or Refunds Once Work Begins

All Funte design services are non-refundable once work has started. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Design concepts

  • Layouts

  • 3D renders

  • Shopping lists

  • Any digital deliverables

Design work requires time, expertise, and creative development that cannot be reused or resold.


2. Cooling-Off Period (Before Work Starts)

You may cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, only if no work has started on your project.

If cancellation is requested within this period and before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

Once onboarding, design preparation, or production has started, the project is considered active and no refunds apply.


3. Final Sale on Custom Design Work

All design services are considered custom work and are therefore final sale. We do not offer refunds due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Style preferences

  • Space constraints caused by incorrect measurements

  • Contractor decisions or execution

  • Other

4. Products & Shopping Lists Disclaimer

Funte does not sell furniture, materials, or products.

Any shopping list or product recommendation provided is:

  • A design suggestion only

  • Purchased directly by the client from third-party suppliers

  • Not guaranteed for price, availability, quality, shipping, or performance

We are not responsible for:

  • Supplier delays

  • Incorrect orders

  • Product defects

  • Installation issues


5. Project Pauses & Reactivation

If a project is inactive for more than 60 days due to missing client information or lack of communication, it may be closed.

If the client later wishes to resume the project, a project reactivation fee of $300CAD may apply, and timelines will be reviewed based on availability.


6. Case-by-Case Support

While refunds are not offered, we aim to be fair and communicative. If an issue arises, we will review it on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a reasonable path forward where possible.
