Every package is a full design, not a mood board, created around your family. What changes is whether the furniture is bought or made for the room.

What never changes

Every package starts with a live video call, and you can reach us on WhatsApp or email the whole way through. They all include a preliminary concept, a floor plan showing where every piece goes, 2D wall elevations showing what sits on each wall and how high, and a shopping list with the supplier and price on every line.

You always see the room in 3D. You don't have to guess what it'll feel like, you can look at it. Your carpenter or installer works from the drawings.

Questions before you buy

  • Does the price include the furniture?

    No. What you're paying for is the design: the renders, the drawings, the elevations and the shopping list. Furniture, materials and the building work are bought separately, and we'll show you where it's worth spending.

  • Which one do most people pick?

    Signature. It's the first package with custom furniture, which is usually the reason people came to us in the first place.

  • How do I know which size my room is?

    Small is up to 15m² (160 sq ft), Medium up to 25m² (270 sq ft), Large up to 35m² (375 sq ft). Bigger than that, ask us. Send the measurements and we'll tell you which one you're in. The sizes are fixed, so there's no guesswork and nobody talking you into a bigger one.

  • What happens after I buy?

    You get the agreement by email and sign it online. You send the room: measurements using our guide, or your plans, plus your brief and the images you've been saving. We book the kick off call. Your timeline starts once everything's in place, in whatever order it arrives, and you see the room in black and white 7 business days later.

  • How long does it take?

    First concept in 7 business days. Changes back within 10. The design is finished in about eight to twelve weeks, depending on the package and on how quickly you review.

  • Can I upgrade later?

    Yes.

  • What if I need something that isn't in any of these?

    Tell us. Extra renders, extra revisions, product sourcing, or someone coordinating with your builder for you. An extra revision round is $250 per hour, minimum one hour. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it.

  • Designing more than one room?

    Second room is 10% off. Third is 15%. Locked in, whether you decide now or once the first one's finished.
